The Center d’Investigation Clinique Pluridisciplinaire (CIC-P) CHU de Bordeaux wanted to participate in the beta tests of this platform around a pilot project which aims to set up a study leading to the monitoring of therapeutic and affiliated discourse. Indeed, the web has upset the order of medical discourse and digital health literacy issues have become a priority for health institutions. As the primary source of information for patients and carers, the Internet is a space that seems unstructured or even anarchical in speaking out and where the legitimacy of knowledge and the hierarchy of knowledge are difficult. Yet this “knowledge” is now more and more prevalent in the patient’s universe. My Web Intelligence can provide the means to understand, qualify, and prioritize a considerable body of speech to map the discursive universe of pediatric medical information. The entire medical profession will thus be able not only to have real-time studies on therapeutic discourse online but also to better understand the heterogeneous actors of knowledge and their argumentation strategies. In the digital society, if the doctor is no longer alone in the medical prescription, doctor 2.0 takes over a preponderant place in the distribution of the scientific prescription.
