
The importance of the web as a source of essential information is well established. Having become, over the years, the preferred publication space of organizations and individuals, the Internet has today become a library of digital publications that have long since exploded the thresholds of archiving as it is. imagined before the digitization of communication. But far from being a boon for digital studies researchers and experts, the web as an open space is a more than problematic source of information. The challenges of processing data, the heterogeneity of documents and communicational situations, the difficulty of identifying sources … the web today looks like a gigantic letterbox filled to the brim with prospectuses, scholarly works, catalogs of mail order without any organization or knowledge management. However, this abyss where all the voices of the world are piled up brings us face to face with a unique phenomenon in the history of humanity: the possibility, at least for the theoretical moment, for Internet Sociology Researcher, of access the immense production of a new form of discourse which plays an essential role in the construction of public space.
